Captains Drive In - Mixed Scramble Results
Captains Katrina and George would like to thank all members for their support on Drive In day. Special thanks to Joan and Mary in the office, the Ladies Committee and all who helped with the catering and the Mens Competitions Committee (plus helpers) for organising the 'double scramble'. Is the 'Double Scramble' a new golfing format?
Double Scramble Results:
9 Hole Winners: Orla Hickey, Colette Burghoff, Jerry Lawlor and Micheal O'Dowd - 26.5 net.
18 Hole:
1st. Goretti O'Connor, Mattie Moloney and Colin O'Sullivan - 53 net.
2nd. Merlyn O'Connor, Donal O'Shea and John Joe Finn - 55 net.

Men's Club Spring League
This year's Spring League is an individual competition held over the four Sundays in February - starting on February 4th. Participants' best three stableford scores from the four Sundays are accumulated. The top 15 overall qualify for the Champions League Playoff on bank holiday Monday, 19th March.
There is no entry fee for the League. Competition entry on any Sunday in February automatically enters competitors for the League. Prizes for the first three each Sunday and for the first three in the final playoff. The overall winner also receives the Club Champions League Medal 2007.

Captains Drive In - Sunday 28th. January
Captains Katrina and George hold their Drive In on Sunday next 28th January. All members are invited to join the Captains for a Mixed Scramble with a draw for playing partners at 9.30 a.m.

Men's Competition Results
21.01.2007 - Four Person Scramble
With only a force 7 wind and the occasional hail shower, conditions were good on Sunday 21.01.2007. The Competitions Committee decided on a four man scramble over 18 holes and to hold the planned O'Keeffe's Marquees' Singles Stableford on another day. Winners with a great score of 5 under par (gross!) were: Tom Ferriter (23), Donal O'Shea (19), Jason Rowan (12) and Pat Doody (8).
